Jeffrey Dryfoos, publisher of Dessert Professional, formerly Pastry Art & Design magazine, for the past 5 years. Before that, he helped launch PAD, which started in ‘94, as marketing director. He has been in the publishing industry since graduating from college, for the past 34 years.
Kim Rothrock is a self-trained Chef, and an award winning Pastry Chef, and the former category manager of a pastry and chocolate ingredient division for a leading national specialty foodservice distributor and importer. Kim has spent the last three years as a member of the Chocolate Marketing LLC team, the premier all chocolate focused consulting firm dedicated to trends forecasting, defining future opportunity areas, brand building, and all phases of product development. She currently serves on advisory boards for artisan chocolate makers and is a contributing writer to confectionery and specialty food trade magazines
